The Real Family Life
Growing up in a large “extended” family in Oklahoma, I was given the opportunity from birth to choose the Lord which I did in a revival meeting when I was seven years old. As a child, my only close intimate friend and relation was the Lord Jesus. For a large family, ours was very `close' with no outward friction to hinder our gathering for all the traditional holidays to have a “good time”.
My husband is a Christian from a family similar to mine. Our four children were raised much as we had been. Our home was a favorite gathering place for our friends and acquaintances to celebrate all the human events. In intimate fellowship my husband and I discussed the vanity of our human living. Inwardly and outwardly something was missing. (Ecclesiastes 3:11)
In 1984 we met some Christians from the local church in Austin, Texas. Our lives changed. They shared with us that God has a purpose. We were created for His purpose not our purpose! What a relief! His Body, His Bride, the church, the Kingdom, the real family life! Home at last!
After fifteen years meeting with the believers all over this country, Taiwan and Mexico my burden is to speak, declare and shepherd all I contact into such a great revelation of God's plan. This revelation will end this age and bring back our dear Lord Jesus.
